Robert Arthur Menard is the person who coined the phrase “Freeman-on-the-Land“.

Freemen on the land are people who recognize that statutory law is contractual and therefore applicable only if an individual consents to be governed by it.  American Freemen on the land maintain that true law is common law as defined by the Constitution for the United States.

The Freeman on the land movement has its origins in various 1970s and 1980s US groups.

  1. The income tax is invalid on so many levels that it is not funny…. Do your own due diligence I am tired of trying to educate government schooled fools.
